Hi, I am Miriam!
My Path to Ayurveda;
My journey to Ayurveda began through my own experience of imbalance. For many years, I struggled with digestive issues and chronic burnout, searching for a more sustainable way to support my health.
During a trip to Sri Lanka, I came into contact with Ayurveda almost by chance and decided to take part in a spontaneous Ayurvedic retreat. The experience was deeply transformative — after just two weeks, I felt better than I had in years.
Although the challenges of everyday life quickly returned once I was back home, something had fundamentally shifted. I knew I had found a path that could support long-term wellbeing. This led me to begin my training in Ayurveda, initially for personal reasons rather than professional ones.
Over time, Ayurveda became an integral part of my daily life and thinking, shaping how I approach health, balance, and lifestyle today.
